Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. At present, international shipping is not available.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the time the order is confirmed.

Once processing is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the relevant details.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days, allowing us to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery of the order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic evidence for verification.
